The date within each product card indicates the date by which the customer will receive the goods.

Orders that arrive before 2:30 p.m., for the goods available immediately, will be processed within 2 business days after the order is registered.

Orders that arrive after 2:30 p.m., for the goods available immediately, will be fulfilled within 2 business days from the day after the order was registered. 

For goods not immediately available, Customer Service will confirm the order within 24 hours by disclosing the expected delivery times, where they are not listed within the product sheet.

To protect the buyer, our employees carry out a careful and rigorous quality control on the goods to be shipped. Only if the goods pass this check, the shipment confirmation is given and the package is prepared.

At that point, the goods move on to the packaging phase, which is carried out with care to avoid any damage or breakage of the goods.

If unexpected events (delays, product exhaustion, etc.) occur during the fulfillment of the order, we will notify the customer in a timely manner.

Alfa Ferramenta SRL is not responsible for any delays in order fulfillment or in the delivery of the goods attributable to Corriere Espresso.

The cost of shipping, paid by the customer, to deliver the goods in Italy is 8.00 euros (free for orders over 120.00 euros).

The customer is required to check the integrity of the package and the goods contained in it before accepting the delivery and signing the receipt to the Courier.

If there are any injuries to the package or products, they should be immediately reported to the Courier, since once the delivery has been validated with the signature, the Customer will not be able to make any complaints.   


Return and Right of Withdrawal

You can use the Right to Withdraw the goods, within 14 days of receiving The goods, except the item made by some brands.

By placing an order on the site each Customer can pay in the following ways:

A) Credit card (Visa, MasterCard etc): you enter the credit card number, expiration date, name of the card holder as shown on it, and the last three numbers of the security code on the back of the card. You can also pay by credit card or prepaid by choosing the "Pay with your card or Paypal account" payment method as explained in the next step;  

B) Paypal: This methodology allows payment safely online without providing data to the seller, and you can pay in installments for order up to 30 euros; choosing this mode, you will be redirected to the Paypal site to create your own account or access the existing one. When the transaction is completed, Paypal will immediately charge the amount to the account. If you do not have a Paypal account, and you do not want to open one, there is the possibility to PAYPAL WITH CREDIT OR PREPAYED CART: when paying the order just click on "Pay with your card or paypal account" and s i will be redirected to a page like this on the Paypal site. To proceed with the payment just click on the "Pay with a card" button and you will be directed to a page where you can enter your credit card or prepaid card details directly to finish the order.
