Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Sales Conditions, including information about the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.

The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form filled out by the user, after verifying the accuracy of the data contained therein.

Article 4 - Product Availability and Expected Delivery Dates

Product availability refers to the actual availability at the time the buyer places the order. Available products are identified on the product card as those with delivery expected within 3 working days. However, this availability should be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, products may be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.

Even after sending the order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted by removing the unavailable product, and the buyer will be immediately informed by email.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM for immediately available goods will be processed within 2 working days from the order registration date.

Orders received after 2:30 PM for immediately available goods will be processed within 2 working days starting from the day following the order registration date.

For goods not immediately available, the expected delivery date is expressly indicated on the product card for a period longer than 3 working days. Expected delivery dates are always purely indicative, and any delays will be promptly communicated to the customer.

If the buyer requests the cancellation of the order, resolving the contract, Alfa Ferramenta Shop will refund the amount paid within 15 days from the moment Alfa Ferramenta Shop becomes aware of the buyer's decision to resolve the contract.

If an order is not accepted, Alfa Ferramenta Shop is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from non-acceptance and is therefore not obligated to compensate the customer. In the event the order is rejected, the customer will be immediately notified of the non-acceptance.

Article 8 - Transfer of Risk

The risks related to the products pass to the buyer from the moment of delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as the full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, is received, or at the time of delivery, if it occurs later.

Article 9 - Warranty and Commercial Compliance

The seller is responsible for any defects in the products offered on the site, including non-compliance with the items ordered, in accordance with Italian regulations.

If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, meaning any natural person who acts on the site for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity they may conduct, the warranty for the products is valid, and the warranty period depends on the manufacturer. The consumer's claim is valid under the following conditions: the defect occurs within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer, calculated from the date of product delivery; the buyer formally files a complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date they discovered the defect; the return is properly carried out in accordance with the procedures and terms below.

In case of non-compliance, the buyer who entered into the contract as a consumer has the right to restore the compliance of the products at no cost, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction, or to resolve the contract concerning the contested goods and obtain a refund.

All return costs for products that are clearly defective will be borne by the seller.
